03-17-12 We went and promoted at Sk8Wars today in downtown LA at the LA Event Center. Pretty cool competition; tons of skaters hitting huge ramps, a half pipe, and doing crazy drops. But as for foot traffic and FANS showing up to watch, it was basically empty. There were a ton of us vending... We made some great connections, but definitely don't feel we got the right amount of exposure. I guess we'll have to be a little more careful with how we promote and spend our money. On the bright side, we got to see Anthony Mosely, and meet his AWESOME mom, author or Queen Pin (A very cool story of her life and coming to salvation in Christ, bringing her through drug dealing, prison, and lots of hardship).
